I’m so glad you’re here. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can show up as your full, authentic self. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and faith — offering a place where your emotional and spiritual well-being can be explored together at your own pace.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of peace and purpose.

My name is Breosha Gilbert-Shogelola, and I go by Bree. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Indiana with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work.
My professional experience includes working in community mental health, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and residential settings, where I have supported both children and adults through a wide range of mental health challenges.
Throughout my career, I have felt a strong calling to serve as a faith-based counselor — creating a space where individuals can heal both emotionally and spiritually.
I am passionate about integrating evidence-based practices with faith, offering a balanced approach that honors each client’s values, beliefs, and personal journey. My goal is to provide compassionate, client-centered care that fosters growth, resilience, and lasting change.
Every person who comes to therapy is bringing their own story, their own values, and their own understanding of the world. My job is not to prescribe a path — it is to walk alongside you on yours.
Faith integration means that if your relationship with God is part of your story, it is welcome here. If it is not, that is welcome too. This is not a religious service — it is therapy, grounded in clinical expertise, with space for whatever gives your life meaning.
